All in honor of friendly competition, cheer on your favorite Olympian while you enjoy deals on Ale House food and Maker's Mark, Jameson, Absolut Mango or Dr. Lemon drinks.
Let us introduce to you Heather Lynch, a seasoned bartender at Mo's Irish Pub in Wauwatosa.
OnMilwaukee.com: What's your favorite thing about working as a bartender in Milwaukee?
Heather Lynch: Meeting new people and all the exciting events that go on.
OMC: If you could bartend at an establishment other than Mo's, where would it be?
HL: There are a lot of places I'd like to bartend. I like the BBC, I like Taylor's and Kenadee's.
OMC: If you could serve a drink to anyone, who would it be and what would you serve?
HL: I'd love to serve Oprah (Winfrey) a drink. I'd probably serve her my favorite drink, which is a vodka seltzer, just so I have a reason to talk to her.
OMC: Which artists would you put on your jukebox?
HL: I'm a country girl, so I'd have to say that Dierks Bentley would be on there. I like Lifehouse a lot. Lately Beyonce has been a new favorite of mine. And Elvis (Presley) -- always a classic.
OMC: In the competition you're going to be making a cocktail with one of the four sponsor brands. Which one did you pick and how do you typically serve it?
HL: I like shots of Jameson.
