The bastion of all thing's male, Maxim.com, has published a new list this month. It's called, in true Maxim-style, "Eat it, America."

The list features 39 places and meals in America that you should eat at if you're "about to drive of a cliff" or "have an incurable disease." Maxim staff says that if you do so you'll "die a happier, slightly fatter man."

Proudly listed between "Best Place To Eat An Entire Animal" (Phillips Seafood House -- Ocean City, Md.) and "Best Mud Bugs" (Hawk's Crawfish -- Rayne, La.) is an item called "Hottest Sausagefest." You guessed it. Milwaukee's own Milwaukee Brat House, 1013 Old World 3rd St., takes the title.

The magazine describes the Brat House like this:

"Located across the street from the legendary Usinger's Famous Sausage, Brat House serves up a juicy, all-pork sausage -- plain or piled with onions, sauerkraut and cheese-and your choice of side for the righteous price of $7.
