There's a reason they call us Brew City.

According to Draft Magazine, Milwaukee has three of the top 100 best beer bars for 2013. Local watering holes Palm Tavern, 2989 S. Kinnickinnic Ave., Roman's Pub, 3475 Kinnickinnic Ave., and Sugar Maple, 441 E. Lincoln Ave., were named in the list.

All three were named to the same list in 2012, in addition to the now-closed Bomb Shelter, 1517 S. Second St.

Sugar Maple has won Best Beer List in the OnMilwaukee.com Bar Month reader survey since 2010 (Bomb Shelter took the title in 2009) and this year won Best Bay View Bar.
