The former Terrace Bar at 1131 N. Water St. is morphing into a new place called Tequila Rita's. Dianna M. Freckmann, according to city records, is the agent for the new space's class B tavern and tavern dance application.

Tequila Rita's is open! We went on Sat. night. It was a little slow but they played good music and were very friendly. I would go back.
