Nice atmosphere - TERRIBLE SERVICE. Was there on Sat 10/13 at about 7 P.M. Full bar and tables with 1 bartender to handle dinner orders and take care of bar customers. Bartender moved so slow that she was almost going backwards! Don't waste your time - or money - here. They obviously don't know anything about customer service. Wife and I waited over 30 minutes for a drink and a menu. Couldn't even get the bartender to look up at us in that amount of time or acknowledge our presence so we left. BOTH HUNGRY AND THIRSTY! Too bad, we bought a home just up the street from Zambonie's and wanted a close venue for the occasional cocktail and quick dinner. We'll have to try somewhere else cuz we certainly won't go to Zambonies again!
