The Alchemist Theatre & Lounge offers a unique, relaxing and comfortable environment to enjoy top-notch local, independent artists.

Affordable theater fees for theater rental and a 100% return of ticket sales to the artist ensures that production companies not only have the potential to make money and profit share with their actors, but also helps ensure that ticket prices remain low enough to "take a chance" on some great performances.

A wide variety of activities find there home at the Alchemist: improv comedy, one-act plays, public domain sci-fi & horror movie nights and poetry readings.

the alchemist theatre's HALLOWEEN SHOW VII: SUICIDE SLEEP After months of unemployment and with a relationship on the rocks, Rick is looking for a fresh start. In an attempt to save money, he moves into a small room adjacent to a loud bar. Soon Rick finds himself in a hazy state of insomnia-driven delusions, lost time and waking nightmares in which he partakes in deceitful and violent acts against his girlfriend Lynn and her estranged sister Sarah. SUICIDE SLEEP is a fast-paced tale of horror packed full of twists, shocking moments and under-your-skin thoughts that will keep you up at night. DON'T FALL ASLEEP. you may enjoy your nightmares. DON'T WAKE UP. they may just be real.

The Alchemist Theatre presents HALLOWSCREAM a vintage punk-rock themed Halloween party! INDOORS: 60s & 70s punk rock tunes (with plenty of other fun favorite songs mixed in) 1970s cocktail prices. A dark maze to explore. CBGB-style decorated. Fun prizes & giveaways. OUTDOORS: Vintage horror films (or at least a compilation of the best parts) Pumpkin Carving.
