I do not smoke, I never saw the point of it. However majority of my friends have not quit this practice. Due to this, it hinders on where we meet up, if i choose to hang out with a smoking friend. Freedom of choice is limited if places decide to go smoke free, and lose revenue of those who like to have a smoke while drinking. I am doubtful that milwaukee will go smoke free.

Dear Non -Smokers, My business has survived due to the smokers you hate so much. You are not coming in....so what. You didn't come in before and you will not come in after. Open your own place and do what you want this is still America. Just don't tell me how much more you would go out because it's a lie. I survive because I cater to my customers who come in. I cater to them...smokers and non-smokers alike. We put in smoke eaters and filtration systems to alleviate the problem. If you don't like the experience talk to the owner or manager. Madison and Appleton bars and restaurants are suffering or already out of business. Small taverns and restaurants have enough problems keeping customers during these trying economic times. So you don't like, don't go. There are numerous options for you in this city or create your own. Just don't pee down my leg and tell me it's raining.

Smoking bans are hot, but read the list correctly to note that they are saying that Indoor Smoking is cold = on its way out -- " Indoor smoking -- Water Buffalo recently banned it. Who's next?"

Try a Klean Kanteen instead of a Sigg - the bottle is made from stainless steal not aluminum (which is usually lined with epoxy or ceramic that can crack over time).
