The Milwaukee Holiday Parade returns Nov. 17
Milwaukee's annual holiday parade returns to the streets of Downtown for its 86th year Saturday, Nov. 17.
Featuring more than 100 units, including floats, bands, giant balloons, live animals and, of course, an appearance by Santa Claus himself, the parade will depart at 9:30 a.m. from the corner of Kilbourn and Prospect Avenues.
The parade will continue west on Kilbourn and turn south on Old World Third Street, ending in front of the Shops at Grand Avenue.
The Holiday Parade will once again join forces with Johnson Controls to help collect non-perishable food donations for Food for Families, a program of Hunger Task Force.
Volunteers will pick up donations along the parade route the day of the parade.
More information and a detailed parade map are available online.
