MARN sets up emergency relief fund for Riverwest artists

The Milwaukee Artist Resource Network (MARN) has set up an emergency relief fund for artists who suffered losses as a result of July 17's five-alarm fire.

The fire severely damaged the building, 631 E. Center St., as well as the art contained in the galleries and at least 20 artists' studios housed inside.

MARN will collect tax-deductible donations for the artists via artsinmilwaukee.org. Checks may also be sent to MARN, 5407 W. Vliet St., Milwaukee, WI, 53208 with "Riverwest Artists" in the memo.
