Corey Smith has purchased two vacant properties along Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive between North and Garfield Avenues and plans to open Sash, a supper club, at 2213 N. King Dr.
Sash, will occupy one 3,000-sq. ft. space, with a dining area on the main floor and a lounge below and an outdoor patio courtyard. Flux is doing the design work.
