It's 4:15 p.m., and time for a new feature that we like to call "The Time-Wasting Video of the Day."

We don't know what to make of this video: Is "Will Jones" the next comic genius in the vein of Chris Farley and Will Ferrell or a pathetic chubby middle schooler about to enjoy 15 minutes of cyber-fame?

Either way, we couldn't stop watching exercise tips from the kid testing the limits of his "Stud Muffin" T-shirt.
