The International Association of Fairs and Expositions has awarded the Wisconsin State Fair 31 first-, second- and third-place titles at this year's convention.

The total marks the highest number of awards the fair has received in the history of the convention.

Among the IAFE distinctions are a first-place award for Best Advertising/Marketing Campaign within Division 4, the most competitive division, which consists of fairs with attendance of 500,000 to 1 million.

Wisconsin State Fair also won first place for Innovation in Sponsorship and Excellence in Competitive Exhibits.
