Young Professionals of Milwaukee's (YPM) Mosaic Council Partners will develop a plan over the next six months for a new community initiative called Milwaukee Fuel.
Milwaukee Fuel is envisioned as an online, searchable network of regional issues and the organizations working on solutions, accompanied by a scorecard that highlights their effects, gaps and redundancies.
Creative Co-ops, small groups of professionals self-organizing to learn about and document the issues facing our regional economy and quality of life, will provide information and reviews for the site. Initial focus will be on the issues raised in the group's Mosaic Café Report produced by IDEAL. The report is based on a 10-month collection of more than 6,000 comments logged at Mosaic Cafes 1-6.
YPM's Web site is ypm.mmac.org.
