126. Men's Health taps Milwaukee trainer for DVD series
Milwaukee fitness trainer and entrepreneur BJ Gaddour has signed on as the face of Men's Health Magazine's new DVD series, Deltafit Speed Shred.

The Milwaukee Public Museum announced today that it has received a $1.6 million grant from the Daniel M. Soref Charitable Trust to renovate the Humphrey IMAX Dome Theater. Due to the grant, the theater will receive 3D capability by October 2012.

Shortly after I heard the news about last Sunday's Sikh Temple shooting, I couldn't help but think back to my day in April with Milwaukee police offers participating in the Tactical EMS Training class at the Waukesha County Technical College. The scenarios I watched matched up so closely with the real-life shooting in Oak Creek, that I had to give Officer Chad Stiles, the instructor at the class, a call to get his reaction.
