Bartolotta chefs return to the Beard House
James Beard Award-winning Chef Adam Siegel will return to cook at the James Beard House in New York City Jan. 23.
His visit marks the fifth anniversary of his last trip to the house.
Siegel will be joined by a "Bartolotta All-Star Chef Team" that includes Zach Espinosa of Harbor House, Mark Schmidt of Pier Wisconsin, Nick Wirth of Bacchus, Todd Moore of Lake Park Bistro and Klayton Mutcheler of Joey Gerard's in Mequon.
