It's time for Dining Month, presented by Deer District and its spooky Halloween-themed alter ego, Fear District. Throughout the month of October, we'll be serving up fun and fascinating content about all things food. The signature dish, however, is our 2019 Best of Dining poll, with winners getting dished out all month long. Get hungry, Milwaukee!

Five O'Clock Steakhouse

The victories continue to pile up – like potatoes encircling a perfectly medium rare prime cut – for the long-lived Five O'Clock Steakhouse, which has now been voted the winner of Milwaukee's best steak for five straight years.

There's nothing quite like a perfectly cooked slab of meat, be it a ribeye, a New York Strip or a tender, juicy filet. And according to you – our readers – nobody does that quite as well as Five O'Clock Steakhouse.

This year, Mason Street Grill, nudged The Packing House out of the top five, by leap-frogging Mr. B's to grab fourth place.

Stay tuned to OnMilwaukee as, next week, we'll feature Five O'Clock and its long history in a special Urban Spelunking Dining Month Edition.
