Congratulations, Umami Moto.

Milwaukee's best Asian Fusion / Vietnamese / Korean, 2012

For the sixth straight year, October is Dining Month on OnMilwaukee.com, presented by Concordia University. All month, we're stuffed with restaurant reviews, delectable features, chef profiles and unique articles on everything food, as well as the winners of our "Best of Dining 2012."

Your votes are in, Milwaukee, and you have selected the winners of OnMilwaukee's Best Dining 2012. We're announcing the results of this readers' poll, including our editors' pick, in a series of articles that run all October long during Dining Month on OnMilwaukee.com.

OnMilwaukee.com readers picked Umami Moto as their favorite Asian Fusion / Vietnamese / Korean restaurant. Umami ran away with the vote, receiving more than double the number of votes received by second place winner, Hue.

Umami Moto, a sushi and seafood Japanese restaurant, means "the source of the fifth element of taste – deliciousness" in Japanese.

The fresh ingredients, attractive presentation of the food and prompt, professional service have earned Umami Moto a five-star reputation. Add in the sleek, elegant decor, diverse clientele and the hip location on Milwaukee Street and you have a winning combination.

The OnMilwaukee.com editors picked Seoul, based on the tasty Korean lunch buffet that adds a fresh, unique lunchtime dining element to the East Side's offerings.
