Your votes are in, Milwaukee, and you have selected the winners of OnMilwaukee's Best Dining 2011. We're announcing the results of this readers' poll, including our editors' pick, in a series of articles that run all October long during Dining Month on OnMilwaukee.com.

For the fifth straight year, October is Dining Month on OnMilwaukee.com, presented by Concordia University. All month, we're stuffed with restaurant reviews, delectable features, chef profiles and unique articles on everything food, as well as the winners of our "Best of Dining 2011."

The streak continues for Umami Moto, which was your choice for best "other Asian" restaurant.

(A quick note, if you all don't mind, on the category: "other Asian" refers to restaurants serving Asian cuisuine that don't specifically focus on Chinese, Japanese or Thai dishes).

OK, with that said, back to Umami Moto.

The menu changed slightly when three-time James Beard Award nominee Justin Carlisle came aboard back in August, but the favorites and specialties remain, making the SURG Restaurant Group's Milwaukee Street location one of the city's favorites.
