The new Colectivo in the Historic Third Ward is one of my favorite places in Milwaukee, and it's easily in the top tier of best new Milwaukee developments in the first half of 2014. It's a amazing, open-air space that perfectly fits the neighborhood.

And, not only is it also full of great food, coffee and beer, it boasts something that really sets it apart and makes it even more of a destination -- sparkling water on tap. I know, I know it's not that exciting. But it kind of is. Any old coffee place can prop up a water cooler for you hydrate with but Colectivo built a tap of both plain, Milwaukee water and sparkling water into its cream/napkin station.

The water tap is super cool, sounds great and tastes even better. For me, sparkling water on tap is one of these simple, fun pleasures that helps make Milwaukee's Third Ward and my life even better.
