Corner Bakery Cafe announced today that its bringing one of its fast casual restaurant concepts to Milwaukee. 

The Dallas-based chain has signed two multi-unit franchise agreements to open new restaurants in Arizona and introduce its first restaurants in Wisconsin in 2014.

The brand’s new franchise partners include Blue Mountain Cafes Inc., which plans to open 13 restaurants in Phoenix over the next seven years, and Neo Fourno Inc., which plans to open 10 new restaurants in Madison and Milwaukee over the next five years.

No specific locations have been announced, but OnMilwaukee.com has contacted the company for comment. 

Overall, the new franchise agreements will add 23 new cafes, raising the total to more than 300 committed cafes.  Corner Bakery Cafe has a goal to double its U.S. footprint in the next three to four years.
