Executive Chef Bill Doyle will head operations at the InterContinental Hotel.

Chef Bill Doyle to head the culinary helm of the InterContinental


InterContinental Milwaukee management has named American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chef Bill Doyle the new executive chef of hotel culinary operations.

Doyle will run food service for Kil@wat, CLEAR Bar & Lounge and hotel banquets and special events.

"Chef Bill's innovative ideas and extensive culinary experience will bring a fresh perspective on dining to our guests," Tim Smith, general manager of InterContinental Milwaukee, said in a statement. "We are thrilled to have him on board and look forward to continuing the hotel's reputation for inventive cuisine."

Chef Doyle brings 25 years of culinary experience to the InterContinental, including work as executive chef for DoubleTree Hotels and Renaissance Tulsa Hotel & Convention Center in Tulsa, Okla.

"I look forward to preparing creative, bold dishes using the freshest ingredients, and presenting them with an artistic flair," said Doyle. "I'm eager to work with a great team and to provide our guests with unforgettable dining experiences."
