For the eighth straight year, October is Dining Month on OnMilwaukee.com, presented by Locavore, the newest restaurant at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino. All month, we're stuffed with restaurant reviews, delectable features, chef profiles and unique articles on everything food, as well as the winners of our "Best of Dining 2014."

On Thursday, Nov. 6, four Milwaukee chefs – Harbor House executive chef Zachary Espinosa, Blue Jacket executive chef Matt Kerley, former INdustri Cafe owner and chef Robert Klemm and Le Reve chef de cuisine Patrick Murphy – team up to cook a special scrumptious four-course dinner in honor of Easter Seals of Southeastern Wisconsin.

The meal, the Jubilee Celebrity Chefs Dinner, comes as a celebration of the non-profit's 80th anniversary, as well as a celebration of the launch of Easter Seals' latest program, Lily Works Catering & Commercial Services. The dinner will be hosted at the organization's new Work Force Training Center in Waukesha.

The evening begins at 5 p.m. with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, followed by the dinner at 7 p.m. with special guest emcee Kyle Cherek.

Chef Espinosa is in charge of the first course, Nantucket Bay scallops with spaghetti squash, sherry brown butter and amoretti crumbles. The second course, mushroom stuffed quail with cornbread, grilled escarole and romesco sauce, comes from Chef Kerley, followed by Chef Klemm's braised short ribs with exotic mushroom ragu, root vegetable smash, beer battered shallot rings and micro tatsoi. The final course, courtesy of Chef Murphy, is warm orchard apples with salted caramel mousse and vanilla madeleine cake.

Less than 30 seats are still currently available for the reservations only dinner. Reservations go from $300 for an individual reservation to $3,000 for a table of 10. To place a reservation, RSVP by contacting Paula Strelitz at (414) 963-5934 or PaulaS@EasterSealsWISE.com.
