It looks like the former España Tapas House, 800 N. Plankinton Ave., with soon house a Tex-Mex restaurant. According to the BizTimes, TLA Investments, LLC has applied for city licenses to open Agave Southwest Bar & Grill.

The restaurant will be located on the first floor of the 117-year-old Cawker Building.

España closed in late 2014 and prior to that the space was home to Butch’s Clock Steak House.
