It might not be your typical Friday fish fry, but it is sure to be delicious just the same.

Head 15 minutes north of Milwaukee to Shully’s Cuisine and Events, 146 Green Bay Rd. in Thiensville, on Friday, April 18, and you’ll experience "Flight Night," a one-of-a-kind, non-traditional fish fry experience.

Shully’s expert team of chefs will be collaborating to prepare a meatless multi-course fish and seafood dinner perfectly paired with craft beers.

The evening will begin with passed hors d’oeuvres, like grilled snapper skewers with pineapple mango salsa, mini lobster roll and smoked amberjack crostini at 6:30 p.m.

Dinner courses will include grilled calamari atop polenta, shrimp and crab cake, classic bouillabaisse, and grilled fish with Swiss rosti potato and skate wing served with white beans shiitake mushrooms and sundried tomato broth. A dessert trio will include petite lemon pudding cake, beeramisu, and pavlova with rhubarb and vanilla custard paired with Lindeman’s Cassis lambic.

Tickets are $40 per person, plus gratuity. Call (262) 242-6633 for reservations.
