Dream Dance Executive Chef Jason Gorman comes to the Milwaukee Public Market Saturday at 6:30 p.m. to demonstrate the art of what he calls "New Wisconsin Cuisine."

Dream Dance, in Potawatomi Bingo Casino, is closed as it moves to a new location within the new, expanded casino, so this is a great chance to sample its amazing food and learn from one of Milwaukee's finest chefs.

Registration for the event is $39 and you can save a place by visiting the market or calling (414) 336-1111.

Cooking lessons from one of Milwaukee's best chef aren't enough for you? Well then, Downtown Dining Week should whet your appetite. It begins today, Thursday and no passes, coupons or cards are necessary. Simply dine at one of 30 participating restaurants and select from a special three-course menu. At $10 for lunch and $20 for dinner, it's a great deal that's easy on the wallet.

Plus, get this -- two lucky diners will win $750 in Downtown dining gift certificates. Just fill out a comment card at a participating restaurant during Downtown Dining Week. The more you dine, the greater your chances of winning.
