He's no Hank the Dog. He doesn't even have a name. Frank the Fish, maybe?  When it's Lent and you serve one of the best fish fries in Milwaukee you can hang a 25-foot marlin at the Milwaukee Public Market if you want.

And that is just what St. Paul Fish Company has done. Of course, it fries mainly perch and cod but St. Paul flies in fresh fish from around the world and it's all available at its location on the east end of the market.

Four years ago, St. Paul put a big crab atop the market.  It didn't last, but it was fun.

In other St. Paul Fish news, Oyster Fest, Milwaukee’s premier oyster and craft beer tasting, will happen again on Thursday, April 10. Proceeds benefit local charity, Athletes for Autism. "We bring in over 3,000 oysters for Oyster Fest," said Tim Collins, owner of St Paul Fish Company, the seafood emporium known for its $13.95 lobster dinners and giant inflatable crab.

"It’s one of the most popular events we have at the market all year. And it’s all for a great cause."
