Charcuterie goes vegan at Wolf Peach
While the carnivores enjoy the daily selection of cured meats, sausages, pates, and meat-filled mousses, vegans can now get their fill of custom charcuterie at Wolf Peach.

Charcuterie expert, Cole Ersel and Executive Chef Dan Jacobs have created an amazing array of meat-free options that celebrate the flavors of summer. The stunning tomato terrine – prepared with agar-agar – is served over basil almond pesto, followed by a beet tartare, cherry tomato bruschetta with tofu ricotta and mushroom pate with truffle marmalade.

Gluten-free diners can also enjoy this gustatory delight by ordering the vegan charcuterie board sans bread.
