By the looks of Oakland Trattoria, 2856 N. Oakland Ave., you might think that it's closing.

But fear not. According to a hostess at the East Side Italian restaurant, the business is open every day at 11 a.m. and it is simply receiving a new sign.

So don't let the sign-free facade get between you and a wood-fired pizza. Bon appetit!
