Anaba Tea opened a decade ago beneath the Garden Room in Shorewood.

Anaba Tea Room to become TOCHI

After 10 years of service, Anaba Tea Room, 2107 E. Capitol Dr., in Shorewood, will close its doors on Sunday, Dec. 29 and reopen as TOCHI (toe-chee) in mid-January.

TOCHI will be a modern Asian fusion restaurant with a focus on Japanese ramen. Chef Gregg DesRosier will use his visits to China and studies in Vietnam to create unique ramen and rice dishes.

Like Anaba (located beneath the Garden Room), TOCHI will offer an extensive selection of teas.
