In 2014, Cudahy-based Uncanny Soup Company opened a second location in the former Suburpia space Downtown at 612 N. Water St.

But today, the soup shop announced on Facebook that it will close its Milwaukee location.

The news comes after an apparent paperwork issue with the city, though we could not reach the soup shop for comment.
