Edgar's Calypso (named after the owner's father) combines several Caribbean cuisines into one Downtown location. With colorful murals decorating the walls, reasonably-priced food includes jerk chicken and pork, shredded skirt steak, pommes annas and more.
The restaurant opened in fall of 2007 and took the place of Swank.
Valet parking available Friday and Saturday for $3.
