The BBB did rule on this situation. They agreed that The Quilted Bear did everything possible for this customer.

I was severely dissappointed with the way we were treated by the Quilted Bear on our wedding day. They broke their verbal contract with us on several incidents, and lied directly to our faces. They did not offer an apology or a partial refund even after a formal complaint to the BBB was made. I am dissappointed about having done business with them, and hope no one else repeats my mistake.
