Have you ever felt mad jealousy while dropping your kids off at the Milwaukee Public Museum for one of its sleepover events, wishing you could also join in the "Night at the Museum"-esque shenanigans that are almost certainly coming to life inside? Well, good news, adults of Milwaukee; your dream has come true – and without having to creepily infringe on the kids sleepover!

On Friday, Sept. 23, the Milwaukee Public Museum will host its first ever adult sleepover. Exclusively for adults 21 and older – that's right; no kids allowed! – the sleepover will feature tours, curator chats, Dome Theater films and exhibit-based programming all available for attendees to craft their perfect night.

"MPM has been offering overnights for children ages 6-12 for decades," said Hillary Olson, MPM vice president, Community and Audience Engagement, in a statement. "They’re very popular, and for years, our adult fans have asked to get in on the fun. We’re incredibly happy to be able to throw an adult sleepover with activities geared towards their interests, like MPM’s Exposed tour which features some of the scandalous stories behind the objects and exhibits. There will also be drinks, an all-night lounge to chat and meet people, as well as early riser yoga."

The sleepover will begin at 6:30 p.m. on Friday and run until 9 a.m. Saturday. Tickets for the event cost $115 per person – including admission and programming, two drink tickets, appetizer stations available throughout the night, a late night snack and and an early morning continental breakfast, complete with a mimosa – $105 for a group of 10 or more, or $90 for MPM members.

Reservations are required for the sleepover, and the registration period runs until Friday, Sept. 9, so learn more at the MPM website, make your reservation and ready your most rockin' onesie for a night at the museum.
