Local author's short life story in the running for Reader's Digest
Milwaukee author Avital Shertok's story "More than Enough" is in the running for Reader's Digest condensed life story contest.
The competition will assemble the best "short life story" submissions of 150 words or fewer into an upcoming issue to celebrate Reader's Digest's release of its own book, "Life ... The Reader's Digest Version."
Fans and supporters of Shertok can visit the publication's Facebook page to vote for the "Reader's Digest version" of her life story.
