The Milwaukee Theatre is a 4,100-seat assembly, concert and theatrical venue in Downtown Milwaukee.
Built in 1909 as the Milwaukee Auditorium, the building was extensively renovated from 2001-2003.

Opening Concert of the 2013 National Saengerfest
Milwaukee will be alive with the sound of music when The North American National Saengerfest returns on June 21. The Opening Concert is on Friday, June 21 at the Milwaukee Theatre. The Main Concert is Saturday, June 22 at the US Cellular Arena. The musical extravaganza will feature German and Austrian singing societies from around the country drawing about 3,000 people. The two-day festival is held every three years to celebrate German culture through song.
