Event Description

Through mindful stretching and movement, we will work to find the balance between effort and ease in various yoga postures. The use of props and modifications will be included to fit individual needs, so that everyone may find their own personal point of challenge. Breathing techniques and relaxation will also be incorporated for stress reduction. Lengthen, strengthen, open, and release all the major muscles of the body, no matter what your level of fitness.

Individual sessions are $15, 8 packs are $104. Please visit our website through the link above for more information.
