Event Description

Friends of Real Food Savor the Taste of Summer 2008.

This class will explain the benefits and challenges of various food preservation techniques with an emphasis on hot-water-bath canning. The class will provide a lecture and demonstration with plenty of handouts, recipes, and helpful tips. There will be no hands-on participation in this class, but will be the basis for all other canning classes this year.
