OnMilwaukee.com blogger Charlotte Kinney won the OnMilwaukee.com Kids' Scooter Contest for her blog, "Deaf in a Hearing Family."

Kinney won a Fuzion Electron scooter valued at $59.99.

Earlier in November, OnMilwaukee.com invited readers to write a Kids & Family blog, offering the scooter to the writer of the best blog.

"This was my first blog for OnMilwaukee.com, and winning the contest is certainly an incentive to write more," says Kinney.
