It's the little things, isn't it?  Like today when I stopped at London Cleaners, 778 N. Milwaukee St., to pick up my shirts.

Demetrios (Jimmy) Beltsos, the owner, took my ticket, found my shirts and brought back an added surprise: a Stone Creek Coffee punch card that I had left in one of the pockets.  As a bonus, it even had a free coffee on it!

The staff at The London could have easily tossed the card, but didn't.  Rather, they made a point to staple it to my dry cleaning ticket and make sure I got it back.  Above and beyond, and so very appreciated.

I've raved about this Milwaukee institution before and today it just took another leap up my things I love about Milwaukee list.

Thanks, Jimmy, for always brightening my day and for the free coffee that I almost lost.
