As a way to promote its new film, "Feast of Love," MGM sponsors North American Coffee Day on Thursday, Sept. 20, from 2 to 4 p.m. and customers of 92 coffee shops in 59 cities, including Milwaukee, will get free coffee. The same cafes will also give away promotional items and tickets to see "Feast of Love," based on a book by Charles Baxter.
If you wanna get your java on, you've got to hit Mocha, 124 W. Wisconsin Ave., as it's the sole participant in Brew City.
"Feast of Love" is directed by Robert Benton, who won an Oscar for "Kramer Vs. Kramer," and stars Morgan Freeman, Greg Kinnear and others. It opens nationwide on Sept. 28.
