Upscale, Beverly Hills-based boutique, Lorena Sarbu, is closing its location at 310 E. Buffalo St. in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward.

The location opened in May 2009. No specific closing date was announced.

Owner Lorena Sarbu, whose current husband Bill Crabel owns the building in which the boutique is housed, sent out a "Store Closing, Entire Store on Sale" e-mail announcing the plans and a "huge sale."

In recent years, the Third Ward has seen good growth and turnover in both local and national clothing retailers.
