Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza announced this afternoon that it plans to open a second Wisconsin location at Bayshore Town Center. The California-based pizza joint will land across from Potbelly Sandwich Shop and Colectivo Coffee this fall in the sprawling town center.

The "fast-casual" restaurant chain, which currently has 38 locations (not including the newly announced Bayshore store) either open or coming soon, specializes in quick, oven-baked thin crust pizzas that are done in 180 seconds.

Blaze offers a selection of signature pizzas – as well as the ability for patrons to customize one of those options, or to start fresh and build their own – along with a variety of salads. Gluten-free and vegan options are also available.

Blaze Pizza opened its first Wisconsin location in Brookfield last November. Among the company's high-profile investors are LeBron James, Maria Shriver and Boston Red Sox co-owner Tom Werner.
