Summerfest gifts cards conjure warm thoughts

With the first snow predicted for today, it might be hard to think about Summerfest, but maybe warm thoughts of a beer with friends at the lakefront in summer might be just what the doctor ordered.

With that in mind, Summerfest offers gift cards in $5, $20 and $50 denominations, just in time for the holidays. The cards can be used during Summerfest and during concerts in the Amphitheater for tickets, food, beverage and Summerfest merchandise.

The cards, which have no expiration date, are available for sale at summerfest.com.

Mark your calendars, Summerfest 2008 is slated for June 26-July 6.
