I give Southridge a ton of credit. They appeared to be in a death spiral not all that long ago, but have re-imagined themselves quite nicely. They've brought in big name stores, and their property upkeep is immaculate. A couple of years ago their lots and landscape reflected where the mall may have been headed... the dump. They must have either brought property maintenance in-house, or started farming it out to the right people. Whatever they did, it was a great decision. Little details like the quality landscape of the area show they care about the image of the mall. Kudos.

All stores that I have absolutely no use for. What is it going to take for an Alterra coffee location to open up on the south side?
