Southridge Mall remodels and adds new stores
Southridge Mall are adding Bachrach, Crazy 8 and Journeys Kidz stores to its lineup of retailers. The stores are slated to open later this year.
Current sports retailer Name of the Game has also signed on as a permanent mall tenant.
In addition to the new shopping options, customers will also be able to enjoy new looks from current stores Buddy Squirrel, Journeys, Kay Jewelers, Kohls, Maurices, Rue 21, Vanity and Wet Seal. Boston Store, Auntie Anne's and Rogers & Hollands are also scheduled to remodel their Southridge locations by the end of the year.

I give Southridge a ton of credit. They appeared to be in a death spiral not all that long ago, but have re-imagined themselves quite nicely. They've brought in big name stores, and their property upkeep is immaculate. A couple of years ago their lots and landscape reflected where the mall may have been headed... the dump. They must have either brought property maintenance in-house, or started farming it out to the right people. Whatever they did, it was a great decision. Little details like the quality landscape of the area show they care about the image of the mall. Kudos.
All stores that I have absolutely no use for. What is it going to take for an Alterra coffee location to open up on the south side?
