Welcome to #WeWant, a weekly selection of the stuff OnMilwaukee editors and staffers love.

Order them: The FTD Luxe Looks Bouquet by Vera Wang
Of the numerous bouquets designed by Vera Wang – and all available via any FTD florist around the world – this one particularly caught my eye and it seems perfect for Mother's Day, which is fast approaching. Though the focus is on the orange Asiatic lilies – and the roses – there are also gorgeous greens, perach hypericum berries that offer a distinctive balance and super fragrant yellow stock. The arrangement, which has a different vibe when it arrives if the lilies haven't popped yet, comes in a cut-glass vase and, of course, you can add a message, too. It's available in three sizes, starting at $69.95 and when I got one, it was in pristine condition, with nary a wilted petal or brown edge. Pump with it: Electric balloon pump
Here's an example of something I never in a zillion years thought I would want. An electric balloon pump? Really? It's true. After hand pumping air into 1,000 balloons for my kids – who have chosen the art of balloon twisting as their focus of the season – I would appreciate something like this to make my participation a little easier. Parenting takes you down such strange and unexpected paths. Poodle-shaped balloon, anyone? –Molly Snyder

Wear them: Gordon Rush Douglass Black
I'm a big fan of Gordon Rush shoes. They are well made, timeless, cost-effective and fashionable. I own several, and have purchased most of them at Shoo in the Third Ward. The latest pair I have my eye on? The Douglass Black. They are simple with metal trim, it's a great-looking shoe. Sure, the metal trim is a bit showy but I like it and hope to snag a pair of these cool looking shoes very soon.  You can order them here–Jeff Sherman
