Welcome to #WeWant, a weekly selection of the stuff OnMilwaukee.com editors and staffers love.

Hang it: Record Redone
My "internet" isn't very big -- I tend to just search around for stories that interest me, rather than products. Which is why #WeWant is pretty awesome, but also my colleagues. Bobby Tanzilo wrote about Records Redone, which will turn a vinyl record into a city skyline or outline of a state or a silhouette. It's pretty cool. I contacted the owner and they do have a gap in product, basically from the time vinyl went out of regular production to just recently when it's become fashionable again (for instance, they did not have record released in 2007). But, no matter, they do have a wide selection, and it's definitely something I want (need!) in my house. -- Jim Owczarski

Grill with it: Cuisinart Griddler 5-in-1
Now that colder weather is settling in I've had to resort to being who I truly am at heart. A wuss. I'm not interested in grilling out in the winter -- so it is once again time to pull out my savior. I mainly use my Cuisinart Griddler for grilling and it works well on all sizes of meat as the top is adjustable. This also means that you get even heat on both top and bottom. Honestly, I rarely use it for anything other than grilling even though it can be opened all the way up and be used as a griddle and more -- with just a flip of the ceramic plates. Not quite as good as a Weber, but this does the trick all winter long! -- Carolynn Buser

Read it: "Not That Kind Of Girl," by Lena Dunham
I’ve resisted reading this for a long time because I’m conflicted about how I feel about Lena Dunham. I vacillate between being envious of her talent to downright miffed by her behavior. However, I do enjoy the occasional episode of "Girls" and she is undeniably a very good writer, and so, I am finally at the point where I’m ready to subject myself to 288 pages of LD. -- Molly Snyder

Read it: "Robert Plant: The Voice That Sailed the Zeppelin," by Dave Thompson (Backbeat Books)
As former Led Zep frontman Robert Plant tours America for the 26th time and rides the wave of media attention for his latest solo record, "Lullaby and the Ceaseless Roar," and as three new double-disc Led Zeppelin reissues are cued up, Milwaukee's Backbeat Books publishes a Plant bio that takes an unusual approach, weaving pre-post post Zeppelin chapters between sections that catalog Plant's most-famed era. We're reminded, in case we've forgotten, what a long, strange road Plant has followed since the Zeppelin crashed, tinkering with new wave, bluegrass and other forms of music that few expected of him. If we thought Page was piloting the airship, Plant's story reminds us that he was surely steering right alongside him. -- Bobby Tanzilo

Watch it: "The Mindy Project
I can't believe I didn't start watching "The Mindy Project" 'til now -- I now have a new guilty addiction. But this one is soooo good. Mindy Kaling is hilarious and the show and cast are witty and charming. Mindy and her neurotic crew of co-horts keep me laughing all night long. If you are looking for an addition to your must watch list -- add this one -- you won't regret it. -- Carolynn Buser
