Welcome to #WeWant, a weekly selection of the stuff OnMilwaukee.com editors and staffers love.

Use them: Picnic Stix Set

Summer is right around the corner, and I'm itching already for it to be here. The Picnic Stix Set is perfect for Jazz in the Park, picnics, the beach and more! These are best used at a level closer to the ground, so when you are using a blanket or mats outside these are just the right height. You may have to be a little careful about getting sand in them at the beach, but better than you just stuffing your drink in the sand! –Carolynn Buser

Organize It: Rubbermaid Custom Closet Organizer

I'm sick of my closet. One shelf on top, one long hanging rack, and shoes on the floor. I have some space there and I know I can do a better job of organizing it. I need a closet solution of some kind, and right now I'm leaning towards this adjustable system from Rubbermaid. It comes ready out of the box and can be configured nearly any way I like (and reconfigured if my original idea doesn't pan out). $100 seems like a small price to pay for less clutter and a faster morning routine. –Nick Barth

Use it: Professional flat iron

Being a frugal Milwaukeean, I am usually the type to buy the cheapest of everything. However, I have learned over the years that by spending a little bit more on things related to face and hair are usually worth it. That said, I am currently shopping around for a flat iron and am considering this one because it seems to be durable, reliable and less likely to wind up in a landfill within a couple of years. Best of all, at under $40 it still won't break the bank. –Molly Snyder

Read it: "Blue Men & River Monsters: Folklore & The North," edited by John Zimm (Wisconsin Historical Society Press)

In the 1930s, the Federal Writers' Program works project sent researchers all around the state of Wisconsin, where they collected folk tales from a wide variety of traditions: Swiss, Norwegian, Native American. The WHS Press' John Zimm has assembled this anthology of examples of the researchers' work, which include bits of local history, wisdom on traditional medicine, creepy ghost stories, stories passed down from past generations, discussions of foodways and traditions. These tidbits make the book perfect for dipping into at random and discovering some previously unknown Wisconsin nugget. –Bobby Tanzilo

Use it: Orly BB Creme for nails

I'm a huge fan of box subscriptions, being the product junky I am. I recently received a bottle of Orly's new BB Creme for nails in my FitFabFun box and it has quickly become one of my favorite nail products. You can have that natural mani look in just minutes with this all-in-one topical treatment that helps to smooth, moisturize and brighten your nails while showing off a cute sheer peach tint. I did some searching on how to get the product, and apparently it is difficult. But, you can sign up for a notification here with Amazon when it gets back in stock! –Carolynn Buser
