Welcome to #WeWant, a weekly selection of the stuff OnMilwaukee.com editors and staffers love.

Play It: Qwirkle
I'm a big fan of board games; They're a great way to spend time with family or friends. I'm not talking Monopoly, though. Get away from the old (boring) standards and into something with a fresher take. Even the Packers are doing it! The award-winning Qwirkle is a great place to start. It's a simple strategy game that you can learn (and teach) quickly, but has enough going on to keep experienced players interested. It plays two to six people ages six and up for about 45 minutes. I used to play it regularly with friends at a board game night between heavier games and I think it's time to get my own copy. – Nick Barth

Wear them: PUMA TitanTour
I'll admit it. My shoe game is weak. But, in my defense, it's because I don't really care about it. I do care about my feet on the golf course however, mainly because I prefer to walk and I've had three knee surgeries. So, since I got my new Wilson Golf sticks and bag at the end of last year, I need some new kicks. And I'm loving the look of the new PUMA TitanTour. I'm not sure just how effective or noticeable the "temperature regulating Outlast technology" matters – I never feel my feet are hot or cold – but I do like the idea of controlling moisture. I also like the idea of memory foam and heel support. As for colors, I love the black and white leather option, or the synthetic charcoal grey and black look. - Jim Owczarski

Use them: Fermenting jars
My coworker Nick Barth knocked my socks off with his spicy homemade sour kraut and it inspired me to finally make kraut of my own after threatening to do so for years. There are a lot of different fermenting jars on the market, and although they are more expensive than plain ol' Mason jars, I know it's an investment I will never regret. After all, Usinger brats really deserve to be topped with only the best. – Molly Snyder

Drink it: Damilano Cannubi Barolo 2009 and Damilano Lecinquevigne Barolo 2010
With family in the Monferrato and a pocketbook that's of perhaps more modest means, I lean Barbera over Barolo. But I don't mind that because I love the former's bright acidity, which pairs well with pizza, pasta and most anything, really. Still, I like to pamper myself, too, once in a while and treat myself to the grand dame of Piedmontese wine: Barolo. Here are two fine examples from Damilano. Both are deep ruby red with a hint of orange peeking out and both have alluringly long finishes. The Cannubi leans a bit more toward plum, dark berries and spice, while the Lecinquevigne – which hail from different vineyards in the Barolo zone – is a bit more floral with hints of violet and a dash of tobacco. Each is interesting and satisfying, though the Cannubi's fuller body pushes it into the sublime. That one will set you back about $90, while Lecinquevigne runs about half that. – Bobby Tanzilo

Wax it: High Brow Waxing Boutique
I had a regular standing appointment for years to get my brows done at Blush in the Historic Third Ward. My girl left – and I've kind of been wandering around with bushy brows ever since. Not really, but close. I was referred to High Brow Waxing Boutique from a stylist I really trust – thanks Jamie Hanson! – so I was quick to set up my first appointment at the Whitefish Bay business. I was lucky enough to get in to see Stefanie – the "Head Honcho" as her business card labels her – and she is fantastic. Her personality and the atmosphere put me at ease instantly. Oh, and her work... well let's just say she's on a mission for some hair – and she does a marvelous job at that mission. – Carolynn Buser
