Welcome to #WeWant, a weekly selection of the stuff OnMilwaukee.com editors and staffers love.

Wash with it: Bioderma
This is a product that is ubiquitous in the French pharmacies and has a huge cult following here in the states but is not easy to find in stores. The product has no scent and the texture is remarkably like water! It's different from the typical cleanser/makeup remover because there's no need to wash your face after you use this. You simply soak on a cotton pad, wipe and you're good to go. I am no scientist and don't really know what micellization is, but whatever it is, it makes for an amazing cleanser. – Carolynn Buser

Drink it: 2Gingers Irish whiskey
This whiskey has been on shelves in Milwaukee for a few years now, but I've only just gotten around to tasting it. I enjoy whiskey but I admit I don't nip at it daily, so a bottle lasts me a good while. This time I decided to try 2Gingers, despite the fact that I keep reading that it's aimed at women. Not sure why, except that perhaps because it has a honeyed, vanilla sweetness and a gorgeous amber hue – though certainly male drinkers enjoy those, too. Perhaps its because it has a smoother finish than some high-octane Irish quaffs – thanks to the sherry casks in which it's aged. But, I enjoy that, too. I like my firewater, but I don't need to get burned every time to savor it. – Bobby Tanzilo

Hire it: WordPress Developer
Our junior developer is leaving us for a project management job elsewhere (Great job and good luck, Brandon!), which leaves us with a position to fill. What I want even more than a 180-gram reissue of Nick Cave's Murder Ballads is a WordPress developer to fill his shoes. This person should be fluent with WordPress, with experience with Multisite installations, plugin development, and have a solid PHP background. Experience in theme development, graphic design, mySQL, and UNIX nerdery are all plusses, as are a love of coffee and hot sauce. Send the usual mix of portfolio, resume information, and salary requirements to nick@onmilwaukee.com and let's get to work! – Nick Barth

Binge it: "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt"
The past two and half months of new movie releases are just not giving me what I need (re: quality, entertainment, etc.), so let’s look toward TV and the best thing I’ve seen this year so far: Netflix’s "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt."

The new sitcom – formerly an NBC product before the network turned it down and sold it away, similar to what they did with "The Mindy Project," "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" and "The Last Man on Earth"; but hey, when you’ve got great content like "The Slap" … – is the Starburst of television: addictive little bursts of sunshine, energy and color that you can’t stop devouring. Ellie Kemper is a fudging delight, sweetly perky and motivated without becoming exhausting and inhuman, and each episode is cleverly written with laughs a plenty.

Very Important And Serious television may get all the accolades, but I think the strong character work, skilled tenacious acting and smart writing here is just as worthy of acclaim – if not more so. After all, it’s a show about a woman who was traumatically kidnapped for 15 years by an insane preacher … and it’s still funny. So this weekend, fire up the first episode of "Kimmy Schmidt" and prepare to say "Troll the respawn, Jeremy" to the next several hours of your life. – Matt Mueller

Wear it: Living Libations Sun Dew Transdermal Vitamin D Creme
Vitamin D deficiency is a commonplace woe, especially after suffering through such a brutal winter. Millions are prescribed the "sunshine vitamin" in pill form to remedy the lack of this nutritional essential that is responsible for helping to absorb calcium, necessary for bone growth and vital for cellular renewal of the skin. Living Libations, an all-natural personal care company has created a topical Vitamin D cream that provides 2000 IU of D per application to the face!

Their Sun Dew Transdermal Vitamin D Crème has been my weapon of choice combined with optimal D intake to combat seasonal D-efficiency with great results. Organic and natural product enthusiasts will feel great about slathering on this topical dose of sunshine from a company committed to producing totally vegan, gluten-free, as raw as possible products without utilizing animal testing, artificial and synthetic preservatives, colors, fragrances or petrochemicals. The luxurious cream includes pure botanicals and organic ingredients that instantly revitalize and hydrate skin while leaving behind a truly sunlit glow. It provides ample "slip" and moisture to be used as a vitamin infused makeup primer as well. Just read the enthusiastic reviews on the product page on their website for creative uses and emphatic testimonials. – Lindsay Garric

Bake with it: Cornbread pan
I make a lot of New Orleans-style food which means I often cook a lot of cornbread. I usually make it in a muffin tin but I like the thought of biting into thick triangles of cornbread that this pan makes possible. I'm also hoping that if I switched the shape of the bread maybe my picky kids would try eating it again. (Who doesn't like buttery cornbread? Geez.) The cast-iron pan also appears durable enough to take camping, which is an added bonus. Laissez les bons temp rouler – in the kitchen and beyond! – Molly Snyder
