Wisconsin's Big Bay Brewing Co., producer of handcrafted, specialty beers, opened its 2,100-square-foot sampling and retail center in March 2011. The center includes a tasting bar and retail area where patrons can sample Big Bay beers and sodas, get a sneak preview of products in development and purchase Big Bay Brewing Co. products and merchandise.
